MARSHMALLOW CAKE Beat the white of four eggs until dry. Add gradually 1$ cupfuls sugar, then a pinch of salt, whip in one teaspoonful vinegar and a few drops of vanilla essence. Continue beating 20 minutes. Wet a sandwich tin, line it with greaseproof paper, and cover with the mixture. Cook in a slow oven as for meringues.
