The British Associated Press correspondent at Hendaye says reports reaching the frontier Indicate that General Franco has taken extraordinary measures to prevent tho dispute between the Falangists (Nazis) and the military leaders flaring up into a serious disorder. A decree prohibits all public meetings and non-commissioned officers demobilised after the war have been recalled to the colours. Evidence is accumulating that General Franco is facing a serious situation as the result of a bid for power by various elements.
Spanish Army To be Reorganised
LONDON, July 23. * The llcndayo correspondent of The Times says that Spanish Cabinet has decreed the reorganisation of the army. General Franco is planning a peacetime Cabinet.
