Bread and Water For I.R.A. Prisoners
TROUBLE IN BRITISH PRISONS Received Monday, 10.50 p.m. LONDON, July 3. The Daily Express reports that seven members of tho Irish Republican Army ivcrc yesterday placed in solitary conlinement on a bread and water diet for refusing to work at tho l’arkhurst prison, Isle of Wight, and Dartmoor. The troubles quietened during tho weekend.
