lectures on subjects of interest to farmers at the July meeting. After the busi ness of th© meeting Messrs. A. Sowerby, A. Meads and R. Meads gave a talk on their recent South Island tour, which was followed with keen interest by members.

At a recent, meeting of the Waituna A* est Badminton Club it was decided to hold a dance on July 21.
