Good wishes for a happy holiday and a safe return were extended to Mr. A. Campbell at Tuesday’s meeting of the Wellington Central provincial executive of the Farmers’ Union at Marton. Mr. Campbell, accompanied by Mrs. Campbell, is to leave Feilding this week-end on a three months’ visit to Australia.
The Feilding branch of the Junior Labour Party advertises a fancy dress dance to be held in the Trades Hall this evening. Good music and supper will be provided and patrons are promised an excellent evening’s dancing.
