THREE MISSIONARY TOURS LONDON, May 26. The Bishop of London, Dr. Winnington—lngram, who is SI, does not intend to retire when he relinquishes his seat shortly. Speaking at a garden party at Fulham Palace the bishop said: “I am rather amused when people tell me that they hope 1 enjoy myself iu my well-earned and peaceful retirement. “I have not the slightest intention of retiring or of being peaceful. I havo already arranged three missionary tours round the world, the first starting on September 1.
