Rayon interests are protecting against the threatened reduction in imports of knitted rayon fabrics into New Zealand. The Manufacturers’ Association is in constant communication with the New Zealand Government, claiming that 20,000 British workers would be affected. The association is contacting Hon. Walter Nash from whom it hopes for satisfactory assurances.
