Mr. G. F. Fox, of Napier, left by tho Awatea en route to England, where he will further his studies in architecture.
Mr. and Mrs. Paul Ornberg and family, of Carlton Avenue, leave to-day for Wadestown, Wellington, where they will in future reside.
Mr. A. T. Maxwell, of London, a director of the Union Bank of Australia, has arrived in Wellington in the course of an inspection of branches of tho bank throughout the Dominion.
Gunner A. F. Eilers, who attended the re-union of the Ist Battery in Auckland on June 3, returned to the Wairarapa by the Limited last night. This occasion marked the silver jubilee (1914-1939) of this unit, the original being the old D Battery.
