Dairy Cows Poisoned A Te Puke farmer, Mr. H. D. Day, had the misfortune recently to lose 11 cows of his dairy herd, the beasts dying of poisoning. A veterinary who examined the animals was unable to establish the cause of death, but an English shrub which is growing on the farm is suspected.
