From Our Own Correspondent. Miniature Rifle Shooting The first shoot of the season was held on Monday evening. The scores were: A. Rosenbrook, 123; F. Cox, 131; E. Harris, SO; R. Pickett, 111; E. Bailey, 129; J. Searle, 136; A. Pederson, 132; 11. Hughes, 129; M. McMurray, 127. Personal Mr. and Mrs. C. Harris and family are spending their annual holiday at Faraparaumu. Misses N. and M. Tomlinson are & pending the term holidays with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. Tomlinson. Mr. and Mrs. McMillan and family are in Wellington for three weeks. Mr. Robert Stewart, accompanied by his daughter, Mrs. B. Williamson, is visiting Christchurch. Mr. and Mrs. C. Lassen and their son Dickie, of Hastings, are the guests of Mrs. V. Muldrock. Mr. and Mrs. W. Ranson left on Thursday for a month’s holiday in Australia.
