Immediate Flotation Of Internal Loan
GOVERNMENT’S REPORTED DECISION WELLINGTON, Last Night. According to information obtained this morning, the Government intends to proceed immediately with the flotation of a voluntary internal loan. The terms of the loan are to be advertised early next week.
FIRST CHURCH OF CHRIST, SCIENTIST, Church St., Palmerston North (branch of The Mother Church, the First Church of Christ Scientist, in Boston, Mass.), holds services Sunday 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. Subject: “MORTALS AND IMMORTALS.” Testimony Meeting, Wednesday, 8 pm. Sunday School, 11 a.m. Y.W.C.A. ‘ lub Room, Manawatu Buildings, George St. Reading Room, Regent Arcade, open Monday to Friday, from 2 to 4 p.m.; Friday evening from 7 to 8.30 p.m. The Public is cordially invited.
