Following yesterday’, Parliamentary Labour caucus when several members demanded Mr. J. T. Lang’s resignation from the leadership of the official Labour Party, Mr. Lang to-day issued a statement declaring that he was determined to continue leadership until the annual conference called for his resignation.
He added: “I: anybody imagines there is going to he a cold-blooded assassination he will make a tremendous mistake. I will stay where I am and fight this minority dictation. ’ ’
