King Carol Sends SOS to Britain
GERMAN PRESSURE FELT BY'' RUMANIA PARIS, April 13. It is stated that King Carol sent a message to France and Britain emphasising the urgency for French and British guarantees to Rumania, as German pressure is becoming such that Rumania may be compelled tp make the best possible terms with the Reich.
