We have no need to worry. The astronomical estimates which Britain is able to afford is from tho wealth derived from an Empire which denies others. They provo that Mr. Chamberlain's formula of negotiated peace is changing to peace by intimidation. When the war magazines are filled Britain’s tone will harmonise less with the pipes of peace.”
