WOODVILLE BOEODGH COUNCIL. NOTICE OF SPECIAL LOAN PBOPOSAL. TDURSUANT to the provisions of, and in exercise of the powers vested in it by “The Local Government Loans Board Act, 1026,” “Tho Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926,” “Tho Alunicipal Corporations Act, 1933” and of all othc powers enabling it in that behalf, the Woodville Borough Council proposes to raise a Special “Street Improvement Loan, 1938” for the following purpose:— (a) To form and seal Grey Street (from Vogel to .Station Streets). To form and seal Ormond Street from Atkinson to Station Street. To form and seal Ross Street from Vogel Street to Station Street. To form and seal Station Street from Grey to Fox Street and to form Station Street from Fox Street to Tay Street. Kerbing and Channelling and Footpaths formation of Ormond, Ross, Pollen and AlcLean Streets. The Borough-’s share of sealing, etc., of McLean Street North Alain Highway and improvements to Vogel Street. (State Highway.) (b) The sum proposed to be borrowed is as follows: Streets as above, formation, sealing, etc., £1523; Borough Share AlcLean Street Highway, £105; Borough Share Vogel Street Improvements, £200; Formation, Kerb, and Channelling Footpaths, £672; Total, £2500. (c) Security for the Loan. A special rata of lfd (ONE PENNY AND ONE 1 HALF-PENNY) in the £on the Unim- 1 proved Value, over the whole Borough. Term of Loan 15 years. Repayment—--30 half-yearly instalments of Principal and Interest. (d) It is proposed to pay out of the Loan the costs of raising the Loan but it is NOT proposed to pay the interest and principal for the first year out of the Loan. DAVID KEAY, Town Clerk.
