LEAVE TO DISTRIBUTE GRANTED United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph-—Copyright. Received Tuesday, 11.35 p.m. SYDNEY, Feb. 14. The Probate Court to-day granted leave to distribute the £12,874 estate of the late Sir Charles Kingsford {Smith, the whole of which is bequeathed, to his widow who is now Mrs. Mary Tuliy, of Toorak, Victoria, and who some time ago obtained leave to swear her husband’s death of his ill-fated flight from England to Australia in November, 1935.
