Upsets in Australian Tennis
United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyrlgnt. SYDNEY, Jan. 24. Two surprising upsets occurred in the second round of the Australian tennis championships. Gilchrist, a Sydney junior, defeated the Davis Cup player, L. Schwartz, 6-2, 6-3, 6-3, and a Victotian junior, Miss C. Coate, defeated Mis* N. Wynne, 1-6, 6-3, 6 2.
