RECORD TAKINGS EXPECTED Received Tuesday, 9.30 p.m. NEW YORK, Jan. 23. The professional tennis tour by Donald Budge and Ellsworth Vines sterns certain to bo the most profitable in tennis history. So far 86,275 have paid 129,850 dollars to see 14 matches, making an average of 9275 dollars, as compared with the average of 6693 for the record Perry-Vines tour, which brought in 415,000 dollars for 62 matches. Although Budge has won 10 matches, six being in straight sets, advance sales for the rest of tho matches are tremendous.
