Proposed British South Atlantic Air Route

Surveying the proposed British South Atlantic air route, the British Airways Lockheed 14 yesterday covered the London-Lisbon hop in 4 hours 59 minutes, averaging 20S m.p.h. It goes on to Agadir to-day and thence to Dakar, reaching Bathurst, the capital of Gambia, in West Africa, on December 31.
