The Poliah-C'zech frontier at l'escheu is closed and machinegun nests are placed along the border. The Polish Minister at Prague ■warned the Czech Foreign Office that Poles will in future expel 100 Czechs for every bomb thrown. GERMAN AND AUSTRIAN EMIGRES rRAGUE REFUSES EXTRADITION j Eeceived Friday, 12.4 a.m. LONDQN, Dec. 29. The Daily Telegraph's Prague correspondent learns that the Government has refused the German demand for tho Extradition of all Gorman and Austrian emigres by the end of the year on the ground that the summary execution of Peter Forster was a breach of faith. It adds that the Government has advised emigres to leave by mid-January, after j which it will be impossible to guarantee security in the event of fresh Germas j demands.
