Italian Settlers Bound for Libya

20,000 PEOPLE SAILING GENOA, Oct. 27. Preceded by a triumphal procession through decorated streets, one of the largest migrations in history will begin when the Vulcania, with Marshal Balbo aboard, the first of twenty ships taking 20,000 settlers to Libya, sails from Genoa tomorrow, the anniversary of the Fascist march on Rome. Thirty special trains are converging on Genoa, Naples, and Syracuse, the three ports of departure from Italy and Sicily. They are bringing ISOO families, averaging nearly ten children apiece. Food and clothes are being issued to the adults and toys to the children. The men will march to the wharf six abreast and the women and children will ride in inotor-cars.
