GOVERNMENT CONSULTS WITH CHAMBERS OF COMMERCE (British Official Wireless.) Received Thursday, 6.20 p.m. rugby, Nov. 2. Mr. Oliver Stanley (President of tbe Board of Trade) received a further deputation from the special committee in association with tho British Chambers of Commerce regarding trade with Russia. The deputation submitted a full report, including information on the import and re-export trade, which has been, collected in response to Mr. Stanley’s request, made at a meeting with nn exporters’ deputation in May. Air. Stanley said the information would enable the Government fully to consider the whole question.
