New Education Board Member

MB. W. H. BROJVN WELCOMED (Special Reporter.) WANGANUI, Last Night. Mr. W. H. Brown, of Palmerston North, who was recently elected unopposed to a scat on the Wanganui Education Board, was welcomed at yesterday's meeting by the chairman, Mr. E F. Hemingway, who expressed the hope that Mr. Brown would matntain the high standard set by previous members from that city and that his association with the board would be most happy. Replying to the welcome, Mr. brown saia he was both happy and sorry to be taking his place on the board. He would do all he could to maintain the standard that had been set.
