E. Vail, of Western Australia, the Melbourne Cup candidate, Balkan Prince, will be offered for sale next Monday. RESULTS FROM SYDNEY Received Wednesday, 9.40 p.m. At Victoria Park to-day the Gaine Carrington three-year-old filly Footlights, won the Fourteen-Two Handicap of 4i furlongs. Silver Coat won the Brush Hurdle Race of 1$ miles from Extra Mount and Beau Ideal. The Limond filly Leif won the second division of the Novice Handicap of one mile.
