Messrs. Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report an excellent yarding of fat cattle of all classes with a? small yarding of dairy cattle and shoep at their weekly Woodville sale. Some choice offerings of fat cattle on account of Messrs. F. Ormond, E. 8. Heckler, Est. T. Anderson, Ngaturi, G. H. Burling, John Murray, jnr., and Cattanch Bros., of Papatawa, created keen interest, these selling at prices well in advance of recent rates at other centres. Prime heavy bullocks sold at from £l4 10s, £ls, £ls 10s, £l6, £l6 10s to £18; prime heavy cows and heifers, £B, £8 10s, £8 15s, £9, £9 10s, £lO to £ll 10s; yearling P.A. steers, £4 15s; springing heifers, £7 10s; £7 15s, £B, £8 ss, £8 10s, £8 15s, £9 to £0 10s; springing cows, £7, £7 10s, £B, £8 10s, £9; forward cows, £4 10s, £4 15s, £5; boner cows, £3, £3 ss, £3 10s, £3 15s to £4.
