Received Tuesday, 9.40 p.m. BRISBANE, Sept. 5.
Count Felix von Luckner sailed today for Batavia from Cairns. He was well satisfied with his Australian tour, lie had come here for friendship and had found it. He strongly urged Australians to hold on to their ‘‘White Australia" policy.
