DaJadier, has called a meeting of Cabinet for to-morrow to discuss measures to speed up national defence. M. Daladier admittted that legislation might be necessary to enforce his proposals and said that in that event the prompt convocation of Parliament would be unavoidable. MARSEILLES DOCKERS AGAIN REFUSE TO WORK MARSEILLES, Aug. 28. The dockers have again refused to handle general cargo. The position is obscure as the workers have not yet accepted the Government's decree settling the dispute.
