Heavy Rain Probable Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Last Night. The pressure is still high at the Chat ham Island and low over the Tasman and New Zealand areas, especially to the south. Over Eastern Australia it is rising fast. Winds: North-east to north-west, mainly moderate but strong at times m most districts, changing to southerlies in the south during to-morrow afternoon. Seas (New Zealand waters): Moderate at first south of Farewell Spit auil iu the far south; otherwise rather rough to rough. Eastern Tasman: Moderate to strong north-westerly winds but a change to south-westerlies advancing from the west; seas rather rough to rough. Weather: Still unsettled with variable but mainly overcast skies and in places mist or fog; intermittent but fairly general rain probable with some heavy falls especially in the northern and western areas.
