BUSH REPRESENTATIVE TEAM A meeting of the executive committee of the Bush Miniature Rifle Association was held in Pahiatua on Friday night. Mr. B. W, Foss presided in the übsence of the president (Mr. O. Stone), and there was a full attendance of delegates. Team to Meet Wairarapa. The following team will represent Bush in the return match against Wairarapa, at Masterton, on Wednesday, tho selection being made on tho B,yrno Shield competition averages; A. Tait, J. Day, J. D. Thomson, S. Aanensen, A. J. Lysaglit, W. G. Eising, R. Day, Mrs. R. W. Foss, L. J. Heayns, 11. Gardner, H. Ebbett, H. Grubner, W. Keast, L. J. Rusden, J. Sargent, F. Ebbett, P. Maurice, R. W. Foss, C. Garlick and R. Yewen; emergencies, M. Walker, K. Pryde, W. Feasey, T. Daken, G. ’Day. Any member of the team mot available is requested to communicate with R. Yewen, Pahiatua. North, v. South Fixture. After considerable discussion on the question of the North v. South fixture, the committee decided that the Mangamutu Club be included in tho south team this year (owing to the Nireaha Club not competing) together -with Konini and Hukanui, the north team to consist of Makomako and Mangatainoka clubs. This match will take place in the Drill Hall on Tuesday, September 6. The teams will be selected on Byrne Shield averages and the committee will meet for this purpose next Friday night.
