Pronunciation of Eire
LONDON, July 26. The High Commissioner for Fire in London, Mr. J. W. Dulanty, advising those in difficulty about the pronunciation of the Irish Free State's new name, said: “If you think of Sarah, then drop the 's’ and you've got it."
