Biggest Balloon Ever Built

TO ATTEMPT ALTITUDE OF 15 MILES United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Received Wednesday, 5.5 p.m. LONDON, Aug. 3. The Daily Telegraph says the biggest balloon ever built is being completed in preparation for an attempt in September on a stratosphere ascent from Zakpoaui, Poland, to an altitude of 13 miles by tho aeronauts, Captains Zbigniew Burzynski and F. R. Hynek, of tho Polish Army, winners of the Gordon Bennett balloon race in 1933, and Dr. Yodo Nanewiez. Tho balloon has a capacity of 4,800,000 cubic feet, is 460 feet high and bas a gondola of aluminium steel.
