Glamorgan Match Drawn
WICKET UNFIT FOR PLAY. LONDON, August 2. The cricket match between Australia and Glamorgan was drawn. There was only II hours play to-day. Although tlio wicket was unfit for play, Bradman, in order not to disappoint spectators waiting at the gates all day, agreed to start at 4 p.m. Fingleton, who has been out of form since passing his 900 runs on tho tour, is finding one thousand runs most elusive. He still needed nine when he was snap-: ped up at the wicket. Conditions were tricky. Brown was in half an hour before he scored and after making eight in the hour was caught in slips. Bradman stepped out and missed an excellent ball and was stumped. Hassett played brightly until stumps. Glamorgan with the loss of five wickets for 148 runs declared. AUSTRALIA. First Innings.
