Work for Hawke’s Bay Jobless
SEQUEL TO RECENT FLOODS Per Press Association. HASTINGS, La.st Night. The 100 men employed by the Hawke’s Bay Rivers Board on construction works, and whom it was announced last week might have to be put off because of the unfavouraole weather, will now be employed in other parts of the Board’s dirtrict until conditions improve. The camps will be moved until the condition of the ftooi ed areas improves.
