Mesdames P. Fraser, wife of the Minister of Education, and D. Barnes, wife of the member of Parliament for Waitaki, were included in the Ministerial party which visited Palmerston North yesterday for the official opening of the new assembly hall of the Girls 1 High School,- which was performed by Mr. Fraser.
