The Nazi Party organiser in Austria, Herr Buerckel, announced that Dr. Kurt von Schuschnigg, former Austrian Chancellor, is still in Vienna and has not beeu married. Herr Bueckel indicated that Dr. Susehnigg will shortly bo tried in connection with the hanging of 13 Nazis and the death sentence imposed on 30 others. He added that all the property of the Habsburgs had been confiscated. There were 3750 political prisoners held throughout Austria. A report early in June that Dr. Schuschnigg had married by proxy, through his brother Arthur, Countess Vera Fugger von Babenhausen, in the private chapel of the first district Dominican Church, Vienna, was denied by an official spokesman in Vienna.
