CELERY ATJ GRATIN Three cups cooked, diced celery, 4 tabespoons flour, 4 tablespoons butter, 1J cups milk, I cup grated cheese, $ cup buttered breadcrumbs, pepper and salt to taste. Make a white sauce from butter, flour, seasonings, and milk. Boil two minutes. Remove from source of heat. Add cheese, stir till blended. Add diced, cooked, drained celery. . our into greased casserole dish. Sprinkle surface with breadcrumbs. Bake in oven 300 deg. F. till surface brown and dish very hot.
