Overcome by Fumes
GASWORKS EMPLOYEE’S DEATH. WELLINGTON, Juno 28. William Williams, aged 65, a widower, employed since 1922 at the Wellington Gasworks, at Miramar, was found dead at the works this morning. It is believed that ho was overcome by tho fumes. He was working alone in the open, pumping syphons.
