Windsor Scholarships

, INAUGURATION THIS YEAR s LONDON, June 4. r The first six scholarships at tho Im- ' perinl Servico College, Windsor, under tho terms of the Rudyard Kipling Memorial Fund, will bo inaugurated this year. Those scholarships are for sons of men engaged in Government and public services in tho United Kingdom, India, Burma and tlio Colonial Empire. Two will bo allocated for one boy from India and one from Burma. Tho conditions set out that no religious or racial restrictions shall prejudice any applicant. Tho annual value of each scholarship is £7O, which it is considered will cover two-thirds of the fees ordinarily payable at the college. Examinations have been so arranged that tho scholarship may bo inaugurated in tho next SepI tember term.
