Coming-of-age

MR. A. EADES JUNIOR On the evening of his sister ’s wedding, "Wednesday last, Mr. A. Fades, junr., celebrated his coming-of-age and for this most of the guests at the afternoon’s wedding re-assembled to wish him well. Tho time was spent by the older people playing cards and the jouuger ones danced and played games. During the evening Mrs. Wade, of Koniui, sang two songs. At supper time Mr. Eades, senr., proposed the health of his sou and everyone joined in his good wishes. A merry time was spent until the festivities concluded at a late hour.
