“STUPID PRANK,” SATS MAGISTRATE Per Press Association. HOKITIKA, Lats Night. In iho Alagistrate's Court Joseph Martini, a salesman was charged with issuing a false document purporting that he was subpoaened, which resulted in the recipient making ajf rney from Weheka, 100 miles below Hokitika, to attend the Court. Tho Alagistrate convicted accused and fined him £3, stating ho thought it a stupid prank, otherwise the maximum penalty would have beeD inflicted
