Demonstration Against Von Luckner
THREE ARRESTS IN SYDNEY United Press Association.—Bv Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Received Sunday, 7 p.m. SYDNEY, May 8. A demonstration was made in the city during the shopping crush by groups of men and women against Count Felix von Luckner whose admission tto Australia has been hotly opposed. Calico banners were carried by some persons on which was painted: “Keep out Luckner. We don’t want Fascism here. ” A clash occurred with the police in George street during the parade when the police attempted to break up the gathering which was hampering the traffic. Three arrests were made.
