Pahiatua Mayoralty
MR. S. K. SIDDELLS NOMINATED The Deputy-Mayor of Pahiatua is to contest the Pahiatua Mayoralty at the forthcoming elections. Yesterday he was nominated by the present Mayor, Mr. J. D. Wilson, w r ho is not seeking reelection.
The nominations for Mayor and councillors close to-morrow at midday, and up to date only Messrs S. K. Siddells and J. W. Sturton have been nominated for Mayor, and Mr. G. Ancel for councillor.
