Rearmament Budget
ANNOUNCEMENT TO-DAY United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. Received Tuesday, 12.20 a.m. LONDON, April 25. The Associated Press learns that rearmament dominates Sir John Simon’s first Budget which he is delivering in the House of Commons to-morrow at approximately 3.45 p.m. Por 90 minutes his task will he to explain how he proposes to raise at least £930,000,000 in the current financial year compared with £862,000,000 last year.
