South African Elections
GOVERNMENT’S CAMPAIGN CAPETOWN, April 5. The Union Premier, General Hertzog, opened the Government’s election campaign. He claimed that the Union of the two peoples in South Africa, as represented by the United Party, had resulted in beneficial legislation, which was impossible in the days of the division.
