Cardinal Innitzer, who was concerned in the appeal to Austrian Roman Catholics to vote “Yes” in the coming plebiscite, had an interview with Cardinal Pacelli, and is expected to have an audience with the Pope to-morrow. Officials of the Holy See emphasise that Cardinal Innitzer was not formally summoned to Rome but made a voluntary visit which afforded a welcome opportunity to discuss the position of *he Austrian clergy generally..
