Light hundred mcu , women and children are imperilled aboard seven Russian freighters and six icebreakers icebound in North Sijeria, says the Oslo correspondent of the Daily Tele-; graph. The vessels statrted during the summer and autumn to demonstrate the possibility of sailing from Archangel to the Pacific. Five of the freighters escorted by an icebreaker and carrying 250 were last reported in November. Their present position is unknown. Two freighters and an icebreaker carrying 296 are 300 miles east of Cape Helyuskin, 2000 miles from Archangel. Four icebreakers carrying 270 are 400 miles westward of the previous j group. '
