New Zealand’s Entry in Davis Cup Tennis
MATTER NOT YET DISPOSED OF Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, Last Night. Although, it was recently announced from Wellington that in view of the fact that A. C. Stedman was not available, the New Zealand entry would bo withdrawn from the Davis Cup, it is understood the matter has not finally been disposcdof. Themanagement committee of the New Zealand Lawn Tennis Association will meet in Wellington early next week, when a final decision will be arrived at. It is learned there is a proposal to si’id D. C. Coomb j and A. D. Broun to join O. E. Malfroy to make up a Zea'nnd team.
