CREAMY COCONUT ICE. Dissolve 2 lbs. sugar, 2 oz . butter and i-pint milk. Boil till soft balls form in cold Water. Stir • frequently. Take off fire; add 2 oz. coconut; cream; then divide. Add Stevens’ * 1 Cathedral Brand’* Essence of Vanilla to one hall and Stevens’ “Cathedr.al Brand” Cochineal to the other. Allow to set.
