Niemoller Trial

The Berlin correspondent of the Times states that there are pulpit denials that a disagfireement between Pastor Niemoller and his counsel necessitated the adjournment of his trial, but it is stated that impossible conditions which the eourt laid down and to which the counsel nominated by the court also refused to subscribe led to a fresh attempt to induce the original counsel to resume the brief and rescue the proceedings from becoming a farce and the prosecution from public embarrassment.
