Hopes for Settlement
SYDNEY DOCKYARD STRIKE United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.--Copyright. Received Monday, 8.45 p.m. SIDNEY, Feb. 14. The dockyard engineers are still on strike, but Mr. Justice Bceby, whose deregistration order was enforceable to day, deferred action until Thursday in the hope that negotiations for settlement, which are pioeecding, will end successfully.
